• Free cosmetic refurb and professional interior design – we take great pride and care in styling and transforming your property by adding a free cosmetic refurb and bespoke furnishing solutions to attract professional tenants. This will not cost you a penny.

• No speaking to Agents (unless you prefer to!) – we either offer a full management service or liaise directly with the estate agents on your behalf if they already manage the property.

• No bills to pay – we take care of all utilities for our clients to ensure we are providing the best services and amenities available.

• As if it were our own! - the property is returned at the end of the contract in the same, if not better, condition!
